The friendly staff, including exceptional hygienists like Ms. Mary, take the time to answer questions and address concerns. While the waiting area could be improved by removing the TV, the overall experience is positive, with patients appreciating the gentle care and detailed explanations.
The entire office staff was so friendly and professional! I had made a few health accommodation requests and they were very respectful of them. They just focused on making sure that I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them! They also have convenient hours and a central location.
Ms. Mary is the best hygienist ever. She was so gentle and advised me what she was going to be doing. She answered all my questions in great detail and seemed very friendly with other patients and her colleagues.
The team is very knowledgeable, and Dr. Steen is incredible. All are aware of the patient's comfort levels and do what they can. As a patient, I appreciate their explanations and reasons for treatment.
