The space is amazing and there is so much healing and community that you can find there. A little something for everyone!
The Kundalini Yoga changed my life. They have sound healing practitioners and a monthly Medicine Music Ceremony concert each 1st Friday, that I love to attend. Many varying events. Wim Hof too !
The sound bowl and crystal healing group is absolutely incredible. Filled with divine energy, healing and compassion. Loved it🌼
