Nice enough everyone in office, but dosent seem to want to help you instead referring you to the portal for literally everything. Well....I can't get some test results or anyone to tell me or even call me back. These are important results for me, but it seems I'm not important enough to get a call back.
I am more disappointed every time I come here , I am now looking to see what my other options are ... first experience was after an early miscarriage , had endless trouble getting through the phone lines , one bw was good I stopped going . After I got preg again I went back because I loved the np I saw , had a great experience with her but then when things went downhill for my preg they had the NP ASSISTANT CALL ME TO TELL ME I WAS HAVING ANOTHER MISSCARRIAGE ! She was borderline heartless about it while I'm sobbing on the phone and did not sound like she cared one bit . I demanded to talk to the np who was kind and calmed me down and said she would file the complaint... read full review
Dr.Schwartz is the best ob around. she takes her patients health very seriously. Becky the US tech is the nicest US tech we have ever had. She really takes her time and explains what she's doing. She also gets great US pictures even when my twins weren't being the most cooperative. Becky is the only one i want to do my ultrasounds.
