Ruben was great. We went in originally to look at a used expedition and he had it all ready to go up front for us. We ended up making him run around to bring us Lincoln Nav’s and he never complained once doing all the extra work in this heat! He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and honest. We ended up our dream car. We recommend working with Ruben as he will work hard and work to get you the right price.

I came to Tempe from Texas for work. I traveled 1100 miles and when I got into Tempe my check engine light came on in my Lincoln Nautilus. I called Joseph on Monday morning and spoke to him and he said he could squeeze me in on wednesday. I got there at 7:00 in the morning, he said he would try to diagnose the problem and get it fixed that same day. He ordered me a Lyft to and from dealership. He contacted me later in the afternoon and said it was repaired and I could pick it up. After a terrible experience with another Lincoln dealership this place was a breath of fresh air.
