Viewed a home to rent, t he eye asked me to fill out an application. Two hours after I paid the $65 application fee I was told the property had been rented. Very frustrating to waste my time and money.

We took a chance with Cactus Property for a toilet that needed to be replaced at our rental property. They had no reviews, but discovered them on Yelp. I had a conversation with a few Handyman services and chose Cactus Properties to install the new toilet and haul the old one away. Man, am I glad I discovered this company. Extremely responsive, kept their promise and reasonably priced, things hard to find these days. I will be keeping Cactus Properties as a contact in my phone for future needs. Thanks!!

David fixed stucco damage for us on our exterior walls. He was by far the best priced of the estimates we got. The others were ridiculous on the verge of gouging. He was available the next morning and did a great job. Very happy and would use again.
