I couldn't finish taking a lash class with Vivianette because of the lack of response, unprofessional, and hostile attitude that I received. I took the classic and hybrid class first and felt like she was not patient with me learning. I tried to book my other lash classes with her for ab 2 months and wouldn't get a proper response. She would silence my messages and even blocked me from social media. After finally being able to receive an answer from her I was already working and didn't have anymore time to complete the lash course (because of the lack of communication from her part). I have had several services done at Bolt! My eyelashes, facials, back facials, waxing. Not only are they very knowledgeable but very personable too. I highly recommend.
