I couldn't finish taking a lash class with Vivianette because of the lack of response, unprofessional, and hostile attitude that I received. I took the classic and hybrid class first and felt like she was not patient with me learning. I tried to book my other lash classes with her for ab 2 months and wouldn't get a proper response. She would silence my messages and even blocked me from social media. After finally being able to receive an answer from her I was already working and didn't have anymore time to complete the lash course (because of the lack of communication from her part). I asked for my money or my certificates back and had to wait months to receive the certificates that I had already completed. They said they would email me a tracking number for the certificates and I never got one. She even wanted to charge me more money just to be able to get the certificates which were never given to me in the first place. I sent my husband to pick up the certificates and he was received with a hostile attitude. I called her to see why she couldn't give my husband the certificates and she became VERY angry and started to yell. So I went to pick up the certificates the other day and was yelled a "FAIlURE" as I was walking away. I would not recommend anyone to take a lash course from her as you will not get a response and will be treated horribly.

Poor Customer Service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.If I could give half star I would. I called to the number provided (480-739-9503) multiple times on different days. Every time I call there is no response, she is disconnecting my calls and I never get any call back. I sent her a message but no response. A lady from another salon who is the owner, she selflessly given this arrogant lady business number to me for some other services that they are not offering.

Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had. So kind and professional. I live in California so while visiting it was so amazing to have someone I've felt like I've known for years! I reccomend her to everyone! Clearly a rising star cant wait to come back, in fact I wont see anyone else! My ride or die!!
