I've never been here I do plan on going though. But just reading through the bad reviews it seems like they all had one thing in common they all showed up late for their appointment. If try showing up on time or 5 to 10 minutes early and I'm sure the the service provided would have been more to your liking. I don't know why I felt the need to comment on this maybe because I drive for living and I just feel like it's totally disrespectful when people aren't ready on time at the very least I like for them to even be 5 minutes early when I show up
Amazing place. To start the front desk was amazing, I showed up to the wrong location but the receptionist made sure it was no big deal. The atmosphere is amazing. Julia K did my hair and executed it perfectly. I thought we were about halfway done and then she said “all done!” And I look and feel great. 100% will be coming back for Julia and the quick great cut!
KC was incredible!! I've struggled to find a good stylist for years due to me wanting to keep some length/volume in my hair rather than go super short and faded. She knew exactly what I needed by just the shortest convo and a pic. Seriously amazing. The massages and hand wrappings were incredible too. Amazing work, and I WILL be back when my hair is long again!
