Gates installed on a new build in 2021. Gates have never worked correctly and this company will not keep scheduled appointments to make the repairs through the builder's warranty agreement. Slats fell out of side gate first week installed; front gate won't close and is destroying stucco. Horrible company.

If there was a 0 i would give that. Called made an appointment and no one showed... called for multiple weeks with no return call. Asked my warranty guy to help. Finally got ahold of them and they no called no showed. Dont waste youe time

Finally had it with Bakker. To sum up, had to call repeatedly to get gate install scheduled, they would say a date and nothing. This happened 4 times and took multiple calls between each no showing. On the day they finally did come out, they didn't know what color and had to call me, meaning they put it together that morning. I was away when they installed and when got home to see it, immediately noticed the lock box I asked to be added was the wrong height. I was very clear I had a pool and lock box needed to be at 42", so they had to come uninstall, take back to the shop and fix.
