I wish I had read all of the other reviews before scheduling repairs on my gate that I purchased from them. It took a week to get an appointment and then they never showed up and didn't answer their phone all day. I wasted a week and a whole day waiting for them to come. The gate they installed several years ago has needed repairs several times over the years so clearly it was not a quality install job to begin with.

We used this company to fix a gate at my office and they did a great job so i figured id use them to fix my home gate. Called, scheduled and appt and had them no call no show. I called to get an idea of when they could make it out and the Woman who answered said let me call you back in 15 minutes. Its been 3 days, ive tried calling back a couple times and get hung up on after 2-3 rings. I get it if you dont want to do the job, thats perfectly fine but at least be adult enough to say so, pick up the phone and say sorry its just not for us, but they perfer to hide behind a voicemail box and hope you just leave them alone, company is run by children it seems.
