I cannot go anywhere else! Their prices are better than most places in Phoenix and they take their time to make sure everything's done right. I've never left unhappy! Also everyone is so nice!
This is my nail place! I’ve been other places and do not get the same customer service and great quality that I do hear. They always make me feel welcome and remember my daughter, even though I’ve only brought her a few times and they always ask how everybody’s doing, and really care about what you have to say as well as provide really good customer service such as staying open a little bit later so I could get squeezed in after work one day. My nails always look just the way that I like them and they’ve even done nails for me that I have found on TikTok plus the best pedicure ever!
I have came to Azul Day Spa twice to get my nails done and have left in love with my set both times. I've always had trouble speaking up about change in nail color or design but the techs have assured me and have made it easier to speak up. The techs are friendly and crack jokes here and there, which makes the atmosphere nice. I've been to other salons where techs have made their own decisions when I've asked for a specific design or nail color. The set holds up incredibly well, I've had this set for a month ( I know, I need an appointment asap) but I haven't had a crack or loss of nail whereas other times they'd be gone by the second... read full review
