OK experience with property management side. There were some issues (late bills, missing tenant ID etc) but Gabby and her team communicated well, were patient, and nice to work with. As for the realtor side, I do not recommend Morgan Weese. She was unpleasant to work with.
Had a good experience with this property. Lived in one of their units for a couple years..very clean and great communication with past concerns. Nelly was fantastic and helpful with all my concerns with ending my lease.
Would still rent there if my work was closer.
John and his team are amazing realtors and incredible people. They were able to negotiate the hell out of our deal and get us everything that we needed for our transaction. If you are looking to get into a home and you don’t think that you will be able to do it, talk to John Fagundes or any of his team members like Jonathan or Morgan. These guys gave us hope that we would be able to achieve our dream of homeownership and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.
