I have been a client at Swan since January due stroke in December. My therapy team is amazing! I work with five PT therapists and four OT therapists. My progress has been tremendous! I have become independent in many areas. My team knows what I need to further improve. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The overall facility is clean and very well stocked with necessary tools needed for therapy. The administrative staff is also professional and meets all my needs for scheduling and staying in contact with all changes in the schedule. I have nothing negative to say about Sean and all the staff and highly recommend them. I go to the Phoenix location. I am now home due to this amazing place and people!!

Just visited Swan Rehab for an evaluation to enter a stroke treatment clinical trial. Unfortunately, I did not qualify, however, I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Kay Wing. I wish I live closer. I would love to go there on a regular basis.

My mom has been recovering from a stroke + a fall and started to get Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy at Swan in September 2018. My mom is 77 years old and she is making HUGE progress as a result of the amazing team at Swan. Swan has truly been a game-changer in our lives as we were not sure she would recover. My mom is 4 months into therapy and she is getting very close to her 2 primary goals of getting rid of her walker and driving again! Everyone is so compassionate, caring, patient + they are very experienced. We checked out many PT places and this was one of only a few that specialized in Neurological issues and they had rave reviews from doctors and patients.
