Jeff is truly amazing. He has been my go to guy for so many repairs in my condo for the past 7 years. He is always prompt in replying and is exacting in his work. He communicates his arrival time, he looks at every single thing, he even goes beyond his service in talking to my neighbors when I have a community issue.
