Arizona Gynecology Consultants provides excellent healthcare to women, treating each patient as a whole person with unique needs. The practitioners are awesome, nice people, caring and very knowledgeable. Patients appreciate the staff's welcoming and professional demeanor, feeling comfortable and supported throughout their visits. The team takes the time to answer questions, explain information thoroughly, and empower patients to make informed decisions about their care. However, the managerial, administration and billing side of the business is terrible and inefficient. It is very hard to talk to a person, schedule appointments, and get answers to specific questions, leaving the customer in the dark for weeks. The patient portal does not allow patients to see detail notes and the billing is messy. They over charge for services and charge for services not provided. Overall, Arizona Gynecology Consultants provides a caring and specialized approach to women's healthcare from knowledgeable practitioners, though the administrative side has significant problems.
If you are a patient patient,with lots of money and time on your hands, use this provider. Otherwise, I do not recommend this provider. Practitioners are awesome. Nice people. Caring and very little upselling during the appointments. The managerial, administration and billing side of the business is terrible and inefficient,with no caring for the customer/patient. 1. Uncaring customer service. Very hard to talk to a person. Using Klara, the messaging system, goes almost to a ghosting channel. Associates do not read and analyze the documentation provided. It is hard to get an answer to specific questions living the customer in the dark for weeks. 2. They over charged for services and charged for services not provided. After almost a month I still have not gotten a refund for a non provided service. 3. They quote services at full price and then the patient has to pay at front for certain services. Even if the service is covered by the insurance, they charge full price, not the negotiated price. Then the patient has to submit the request for the difference between the insurance approved price and the payment done at front. It's been over a week since I requested the refund for the over paid service. Still no resolution or an answer on Klara.I provided all the information. 4. Messi billing and super bills. Unclear information about the provider to submit self claims to insurance. Ambiguous information in the billing matching the notes in the patient record of the services provided to verify the charges. After a few tries,in finally got a super bill to process my own claim 5. Patient portal does not allow to see detail notes about the service provided. I had to go back to the office where the service was provided and request a print out of my records because the portal does not offer that detail. 6. Hard to schedule appointments. Communication from the appointments department is poor. 7. No place to submit complains about the service. The portal has a messaging system that seem to look good. But when messages are submitted it seems that people do not read There is no ability to provide service feedback.
I really appreciate how flexible they are with patients. Dr. Diana Olivera and her staff are amazing!!! Best experience ever!!!
I really appreciate how flexible they are with patients. I went to the biltmore office for blood work and they had canceled all appointments for their move, which is understandable. I didn’t receive a message and they allowed me to go to a different office to have my blood drawn.
