Gave me a quote for garage cabinets and epoxy floor. Payed for the cabinets before Kevin senior finished and have tried getting in touch with him to finish for 2 months. He will not return my calls or text. I will never refer or use them again, Getting my floor done by someone else.Service: Installation

Kevin did my garage floor. It wasn't repaired properly and is now flaking off. And Kevin will NOT return my calls. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING.Service: Installation

This review would show no stars but when Kevin Sr. finally contacted me for the first time he was sociable. I called the main office number numerous times and left numerous messages to the point I thought they had closed shop. Just to clarify that this is run by a father and his son team and they are both named Kevin. I finally received a call from Kevin Senior and he seemed very concerned as to what my needs were and how he could help me. He said his son would come out to give me an estimate and I would be hearing from him shortly. I never heard from his son so I called & texted again to see if someone would come out to give me an estimate. Senior texted me back and said he was on his way out and would be there shortly. I had already cleared out the entire garage because i was having the Ceiling textured so it would be a perfect time to see the floor and give me an accurate estimate. Kevin senior arrived and looked at the floor and stated that it would not need to be diamond ground and that a good acid washing was all it needed. He explained that they don't cut corners and only used the finest high solid epoxy unlike a lot of other companies. The typical sales BS but when I asked him about the metallic coating he stated that he hadn't worked with Metallic s before and he only does the solid epoxy coatings???? Senior knew I wanted a Metallic Epoxy so why didn't he send his son out to do the estimate? He said his son was the one that applied the metallic's and he would call me and go over the styles once senior gave me the quote. Senior gave me the quote which I agreed on the price. He went out to his truck and he said he would text me the price for the floor????? Weird. No contract nothing to sign??? After he left I had another question about doing the metallic but applying a marbled effect that I have seen on many other floors. Same product but a combination of two colors that are pored out on the floor in strips and then rolled together. I called him less than 30 minutes after he left and didn't hear anything back from him. I texted and called him a few times and didn't hear back until a day later. He said he had to run it past his son again and that is why he never called back. Again why is his son not calling me directly rather than doing this third party. He said they could do the marbling and then he gave my this outrageous high price. Same material, same square footage same floor same amount of labor with the exception of having to mix up two different kits. I asked again to speak to his son directly so he gave me the number (same number as the office) I wanted to get the details from someone who know how to apply the product. Surprise Surprise Surprise Amazing I never heard back from his son or from Senior. I called and texted many times afterwards and never received a reply. Guess they didn't need the business or they didn't know how to apply the metallic epoxy properly but would not admit it. If its this hard to get a hold of them just imagine what it would be like if you had a problem with the work and needed repair or warranty work. Don't know what their cabinets look like but if this is the way they work and communicate i would stay away!!!!!!!!!!! There are plenty of reputable companies out there that would graciously take the work Read Sonja and Kyle's review they are many similarities Home Owners Beware
