I am in the remodeling and design business and work with many vendors. I have worked with Andy at Arizona Floors & More on several of my flooring and tile projects and have had great experiences every time. Besides being friendly and a good listener, Andy has shown excellent communication with me and my customers, is extremely knowledgeable and quick to turn around estimates. His installation teams have done excellent work on my projects. I like working with Andy at Arizona Floors & More to ensure our construction process is smooth and my designs are properly implemented for my customers.

This is an update to my prior review. Robert Borgerson responded to my concerns regarding my carpet not wearing as I think it should. Robert came to my house to inspect the carpet. He paid for my carpet to be recleaned with Chem dry which has made the carpet look better. He is contacting the manufacturer rep to have them come out and look at the carpet. I do feel he is responding to my concerns. I will post after the Rep makes his recommendations.

We can't say enough about Arizona Floors & More! We were struggling to find the perfect LVP flooring (that was also affordable), and after vetting out several contractors and even calling a well known national flooring company (that claims to be able to do installs the next day), we came across AZ Floors right in our back yard. Not only do they carry an extensive variety of flooring and countertop options, but their quote beat every other one we had gotten.
