First time here, front desk gal was pleasant and helpful, I didn't get her name but I wish I had. Once I got call back Alyssa assisted me, let me say she was very nice and patient! I have a fear with the eye pressure test, I was relieved when I found out it wasn't the air being blown in, but once I realized now I was having something touch my eyeballs, I went into panic mode. She was very nice and patient with me and I was able to get it done, she made me feel safe and I was so appreciative of that. See McPhee was very informative great bedside manner!
I had a major issue traveling to Phoenix without my contacts. Destiny was amazing! Super helpful to make sure I was able to get what I needed for my short trip here and coordinating with my local eye doctor in Texas. I cannot say enough how amazing that was. Thank you for going above and beyond in customer service!
Great customer service: I am from Michigan, visiting friends and was in a bit of a bind when I realized I forgot to bring an extra pair of contacts. I stopped in (with a copy of my prescription) to see if they had any and just so happened that they had one pair left. I can't express how grateful I was when they gave it to me, free of charge! ? thank you so very much
