Great place to get all I need to build a Fountain, and also great help from the staff, they are really knowledgeable. The showroom gives me inspiration to design more.Plenty of free parking, I will be back forn more.

John is awesome. I called to get educated on renovating my 30 year old fountain. He spend all the time in the world to explain how to sand and exactly what type of paint to use. Advise like that no longer happens anymore . I had contacted another company to ask same question and was told to Google it myself!When it comes time to purchase a new pump, you can guess which fountain company I will use.

It is rare today to encounter a business that goes out of its way to help a customer but that was my experience recently with Aquatec Fountains. I found them at random via Google. I drove over to ask for help to purchase new pump for an old tabletop fountain. Heather went out her way to find the exact pump I needed at a very reasonable price. She took the time to educate me on proper way to maintain fountain. The next day I was unable to get fountain to run so I drove back to ask for advice. John went out of his way to help troubleshoot. He determined that there must be a clog of some type and we can solve it. He DID. My experience is that most companies offer no help...read full review
