“Had to call for my refrigerator on a Sunday for repair, I googled Appliance repair and there were only a few that worked on a Sunday. Total Air was one of the few that did service calls on the weekends so I called and spoke with Denis he was very nice, asked what the issues were and had a wanted to help attitude. He came out in the later part of the day when he told me he would be there and also text me to tell me when he was on his way. He was very cordial and got right to the issue with my fridge. He explained in detail what was going on with it and what to expect. He was able to solve the issue and said he would come back later if we were still having problems with it. I will definitely use this company again. I had another service company come out 2 weeks prior but was NOT happy with their presense much less their quick to get the job done attitude nor their price for the repair.
