I can't say enough about the wonderful care my fairly reactive and nervous rescue pup (he's 9, lol) received at this clinic today. We are still earning his trust as we recently rescued him, and the technicians, staff, and Dr. Jeri made this first visit smoother than I could have dreamed of! They took the time to gently introduce themselves, understand my dog's needs, and patiently address his anxieties. Every step of the way, they made sure he felt safe and comfortable, which meant the world to us. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and never rushed through any part of the appointment. I feel super fortunate that we found this place took a chance on their services. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet who needs compassionate and skilled care.
THE BEST!! We've taken a few of our animals here over the years, our cat Lil Bear is a patient, and the service/care is exceptional. The staff are genuinely caring and fawn over our pets as much as we do. The office is very organized and great at communicating with us about appointments or any needs we have. They have been there to answer questions and have gone out of their way to help us. In fact, I had a rabbit (Bucky) with a terminal thymoma who was under the care of another vet (this vet doesn't see exotics). He was scheduled for euthanasia because his quality of life had diminished. On the day he was scheduled, he started to decline rapidly and couldn't breathe, hours prior to his appointment. Our exotic vet is in Mesa and said they may not be able to see him immediately due to another emergency case they had. So I called Animal Care Hospital and they agreed to take him immediately and help end his suffering. I'll never forget how kind they were, and what that meant to me. They turned a very stressful and awful situation for my bun bun into something with dignity and kindness. Then when all was said and done they gave us as much time as we needed to grieve, and they only charged us for the amount of euthanasia needed for a small animal, vs the entire dose. We are so glad we found this place and we wouldn't want take our animals anywhere else!
In my time of lost, I'm so glad I m found DR Temple, and her staff.I had to take my old Man in. He had just about lost all of the uses of his back legs. Breathing was shollow. I know it was time for him to cross over, but I whated to be selfish, and hold on to my Manni. After Dr. Temple examine him, he was in CHF. He was 17. She talk to me. letting me know Manni was in pain, and his quality life was going down hill. She give me opions, and I had to pick the one that broke my heard. I could'n see my baby in pain, and not being abe to get round on his own. Dr Temple, and her wonderful staff walked me through the steps, as they prepared my Baby for his next journey. The whold team was so compassionte to both my bady, and to me. I can't not say enough. So much love, and caring. Thank you
