I drove up from Tucson. No one from her office told me that I would need $400 cash. I didn't have $400 cash, nor do I keep a debit card on me. So I drove back to Tucson, doubled over in pain, without receiving service. Shame on you and your office Dr. Mumtaz. I would not trust the medical opinion of a doctor that doesn't even have a basic Point of Sale system set up. Sketchy office in a bad neighborhood.
Dr. Mumtaz is an amazing doctor. I think some people are put off by her style or personality. But I think most of that has simply to do with her Pakistani culture and the fact that she is very much a no nonsense doctor, and wants to get right to resolving your problem. I sincerely appreciate her professionalism.
