We have used Dave T. and AFL for two home purchases and two mortgage refinances since 2006. Their service is outstanding. All of our transactions went smoothly and quickly. Dave was most professional and efficient; during the new loan process we were out of the country yet Dave expedited so that upon our return, all the docs were ready to sign. He replied timely to various questions as well during the process. Highly recommend! Best we have ever used.
