Alcatraz and Todd are great even though we didn't use them for our issue. When I called Todd and let him know that I was in Buckeye he did not hesitate to refer me to a local locksmith in my area since it would be more expensive for him to come out from North Phoenix. Wow! Todd cares enough to send business elsewhere. The place he recommended that I call has been terrific! Thanks Todd for putting your customer needs ahead of your wallet needs, you are amazing!

Todd is the best locksmith out there!! He is very fast and amazing customer service!! Todd is the man you want if you need a key replaced or accidentally locked your keys in your car!! Definitely will go with him again!
