Jordan showed me some techniques I never thought of using to focus specific muscle groups. He was very welcoming for a novice at the gym. Perfect trainer for anyone looking to get fit.
Several years ago when I started going to this gym it was decently maintained. But over the last three years the gym equipment has gone downhill. The equipment is not adequately maintained and individual machines stay broken for months. I would not recommend this gym to family or friends.
I like my gym, the place is clean and well kept together, I go here because it's almost next to my house. The employees are all great people and very helpful. You will only find the gym full about 5-6pm. I usually go in the am and is pretty decent. Mind you I go to workout not to socialize, so if that's what you are looking for this might not be the gym for you. I noticed the steam room was closed for about a week and due to work I haven't been able to come back but I hope they fixed it as that is one of my favorite things to do there
