I want to thank the friendly and helpful team at AFC on 12th street & Missouri. After weeks of sleepless nights because of severe back & neck pain, my husband is now able to sleep at least 6 hours per night, straight! My pain was past a 10 level this morning, but when I arrived at my appointment at A F C PHYSUCAL MEDICINE& CHIROPRACTIC CENTER MY PAIN WENT TO NO PAIN IN A COMPLETE HOUR AND 35MIN OF BODY CARE.

AFC has been a very professional, knowledgable, caring and compassionate group. They are very thorough and really know how to assemble a very comprehensive pain management plan. If you're having pain issues with your neck, back, etc., these are the people you need to see. Thanks for all your help in getting me back into a pain free state.
