A PA named Molly addressed all concerns efficiently and referred the patient to the practice's aesthetician, Zoe, who provided a concise consult, professionally and gently performed a minor procedure, and made a helpful suggestion. The staff is described as exceptional, with the office being clean and the front desk ladies very nice and helpful. Another patient was grateful to have found Advanced Dermatology, feeling they are finally getting answers and treatment options for their chronic skin issues. A doctor was also praised for being incredible with a 3-year-old patient during a biopsy, making the family feel at ease.

Everyone was helpful, from the front desk, personnel, the nurse, and the provider. Check-in is made very easy electronically. Dr. Laffer has a really empathetic and proactive attitude! I felt very heard, and he explained options for care concisely and clearly.
