Acupuncture in Phoenix

“In 2019, I was referred here for a torn rotator cuff.
No one else could help me.
This was my last resort.
Right from the first visit, I was hooked!
So calming, so serene - the atmosphere is amazing and so is Mayo.
It took about 2 to 3 months for the pain to subside (I would go 2 to 3 times a week - religiously) and for my shoulder to be back to normal.
After my shoulder was back in business, I still continued to come here a few times a week.
It was a hard habit to break!!!

The pandemic changed everyone's world in 2020 and also put a halt to my sessions.
My career was gone, income was almost non existent, my shoulder was fixed and that was the end of that.
Until last week...
Fast forward to August 2025...
I am back!
Physically, I have no issues that need attention.
I just missed coming here.
I am back to coming 2-3 times a week.
I believe that acupuncture is just good for the soul in every way.
This is my way of taking care of myself.
Coming here is much needed maintenance.
(and the naps are lovely...)
Mayo is still amazing.
The atmosphere is still amazing.
Everything about this place is amazing.
One more thing I failed to mention:
I live 45 minutes away.
It is worth the drive and I highly recommend!

“Pure joy and overflowing with thankfulness. That is how I'm feeling. Last week I had my final visit to see Dr Rebecca. I haven't shared my health struggles with many people, because I just don't like to complain. I know everyone has struggles with things and I am no exception. But, I told myself that if this worked, I would shout it from the rooftops So here we are. I had a number of complications after having August. Once I was able to leave the hospital, the issues slowly continued. Over the next six months, they began to be unbearable. I was constantly in horrible pain & felt sick 15-20 days out of the month. “For 5 months I had suffered constant sinus headaches that were sharp and very painful.

I went to an ENT that gave me a month dose of strong steroid and antibiotic. These did nothing to lessen the pain or unlock the sinus.

“I've been seeing Dr. Zhang for two years, initially for a pituitary tumor that caused severe headaches, anxiety, night sweats, ringing ears, and heavy periods due to hormone imbalance. I started seeing Dr. Zhang once a week and by week 2, nearly all of my symptoms had completely disappeared. This was 2 yrs ago and I truly believe the tumor is gone - I have no symptoms.
