I just schedule to have a technician from AC works come out to my house and help us deal with a repair issue. Now they have not even come out yet to do the repair for us. But I am already 100% satisfied, thrilled, and elated with their customer service as well as their honesty, great prices and understanding. I'm excited to see just how well they perform as technicians when they come out to us. But so far I'm very satisfied.

I recently had my air conditioning unit break down during the peak of summer, and it was a stressful experience, especially since it needed to be replaced. Initially, a service provider from my home warranty company, Sunstate Refrigeration, came out to assess the situation. Unfortunately, the job turned out to be too complex for them to handle.

Ac works is top notch! Brittney was so helpful in getting me an appointment and making sure I had the documents I needed for proof of repair. My technician, Shane, was professional and courteous. They were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend AC works.
