We initially didn't notice the ac was off until we spotted the dark thermostat. We called Worlock since they had installed the unit and Rebecca informed us that they might not get to us until the next day. She called back later to say we were on the schedule for the following morning. It was after 8pm when we received a call from Bill Worlock confirming our appointment and concerned about our being in the home in the intense heat (we are seniors). The next thing I knew, he had hubby at the unit with a flashlight as he attempted to troubleshoot and give us a tenuous but workable fix for the night. It worked. (80o is a lot better than 94o!) Bill and his crew were the most efficient and well trained team I have experienced in a long time. Each of the four member team had specific tasks and performed them with precision. Bill, as the owner, was a hands on participant and had his own tasks. From start to finish, it was a 5 hour job to replace both the outside AC unit and the air handler inside. Very pleased with the outcome - unit was blowing air at just below 40 degrees before they left !
Bill and Rubecca are one of a kind! We recently moved to the area on military orders and the HVAC system was shot. They replaced the whole system for a very reasonable price and worked hard to get us up and running (helping us avoid the Arizona triple digits that are coming)! Bill has really honed his craft and Rubecca is a true gem, she set up our warranty and even gave us stellar recommendations for other repairs needed. They went above and beyond for us, we highly recommend!
