First timers. My husband and I were impressed with the cleanliness and style of the space on first walking in. The staff welcomed us and had us in and out in one hour. Debbie did the initial assessment then we met Dr. Hum who did my husband's testing. Then Liz handled the purchase of new glasses. Not cheap but it is what it is. They were so nice, every last one that it numbed the pain of the $$. Oh and if we have an eye emergency, we just have to call even off hours. A pleasant experience over all.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Smith and Yelka. Dr. Smith was professional and beyond kind. He explained all of my options and what would work best for me. Yelka helped me pick out frames and she had an amazing eye to find ones that complimented my face.
I can’t say enough about these two and the front staff. Everything was so easy and my appt ran on time! Can’t recommend enough.
I had an appointment this past weekend for an eye exam with Dr. Cao and she was so pleasant and personable. I also sat with AnnMarie to go over my options and select my glasses/frames. She was so nice and patient with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had a great experience!
