Nick was extremely professional and able to answer any and all questions my husband and I had as well as not being pushy about making a sale. The tech that came out for install was also very professional during the install process and was able to walk my husband and I through the care and maintenance of the unit. Close to two weeks in and we are already seeing a HUGE difference in the quality of our water throughout our house. Mike did a great job of diagnosing the problem and quoted me a great price. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by explaining that the new parts he installed had a 2 year warranty and if my toilet had any problems in the future to give him a call and he would check it out.

I gave the above review several months ago after my first repair with Sunstate Plumbing.
This last week I had to call them again concerning a second toilet that was having problems. I asked if Mike would be available to do the service call.
Mike arrived and, just as above, he diagnosed the problem, which was more complicated than my other toilet, quoted me a great price. There aren't enough words in the dictionary to give adequate praise for this man. If the Olympics had a event called "Plumbing" Mike would be on the podium with a GOLD Medal!“
