I love Ulta. I prefer it over Sephora. However, this store has disappointed me. Like the other poster said, it looks like it's going out of business, at least in the make up and perfume department. nothing is stocked and frankly, it just looks picked over and dirty. it's also very hard to find cleaners to remove the products that you have tried. is this location going out of business? the manager seriously needs to have a major revamp on merchandising and keep up with it. I've had no problems with the employees. i am always greeted on walking in, thanked on leaving and asked if I needed any help while in the store.
Rebecca was super helpful I told her about my hair and how the color was off she helped me pick out a shampoo to help with the tone. She referred me to a ulta salon artist now my hair is fixed and I love it
I love Ulta. It's easy to get swept up in all the glam that is made available to you. It's also a great way to discover new products, which I just did and love my new vinyl lip tint from Maybelline, I will be purchasing more colors!
