I have been going to Top Rocker for about 6 years. Ernie "Serv 1" Rojas is an amazing artist who is open to any idea you have for a tattoo that you bring to him. Everytime I go, he makes me feel welcome and comfortable while giving me excellent service. He takes pride in his work and i have always been Extremely happy with all the art he has put on me.
Cleanliness: Very clean and organized.

Cannot praise Ernie enough! This is actually my 2nd time getting a tattoo at TopRocker. The first time was with Ryan and the 2nd time with Ernie. First of all, both tattoos are crisp! Also, on both occasions, Ernie has made feel super welcomed as soon as I walked in and always made sure to explain things with me while also hearing my thoughts out. Frankly this is the only shop I’ve been to where I’m not (at all) intimidated by the environment and the artists/owner lol. safe to say Ernie is my artist now.
