I have been to this place 3x. Each time. I've felt very rushed. They rush through their work and don't do the best job. My nails were lumpy and I was cut by the drill on every finger. They are very sweet people but the wife says they work on commission and are very busy...I get it however a patron should. Be given time and at least put in effort to make their color selection and to make their nails look halfway decent especially for their prices which seem to be higher than many places...their color selection is also very limited. Great overall! Repeat customer here! And good thing, too... they made my nails engagement-ready!!! ??? I've been to other places nearby and this one is my absolute favorite!Product: I love my dip powder nails and spa pedicure. My nails always come out gorgeous, well-shaped, and last 3-4+ weeks even with frequent hand washing being in the healthcare industry (see photo - week 4 nails!).Service: I've had various techs and they're all very nice, helpful when picking out colors & design, and never made me bleed when doing my cuticles like other places. I’m from out of town, came in on a walk in, had a wedding in a few hours but I had lost a nail and needed a mani and a pedi… did acrylic and gel on both.. no design nothing fancy and was charged $118. Like I said, I am from out of town but I feel like I was overcharged.. I tried to call back 10 minutes after I had left to explain that I was unhappy could I send her pictures to show why and I could receive a partial refund.. because my toes and whatever they were fine.. my nails were the problem..
