SWBuilding Solutions provided expert, turnkey oversight and delivery of an outbuilding for us in Sedona Az. Communication was excellent from permitting to completion. Quality of the building is excellent! Grant went over and above contract provisions to coordinate work with other parties. If you’re looking to build an outbuilding in Az, we hope you are lucky enough to work with SWBuilding Solutions.
A very professional and trustworthy organization. My sales person, project manager and construction team were great. Their goal was to produce superior results which they did. The process started in December 2023 when I signed the contract for a 34’ x 32’ steel garage. Southwest obtained the permits, materials, and civil engineer/drawings (which was required in my case due to the location of the garage and possible drainage issues-unfortunately this delayed the permit approval). I was promptly updated by the project manager throughout the building process and any issues (which were minor) were quickly resolved. The garage was completed mid August 2024. SBS was the most professional company I have ever worked with. The building is awesome. All the employees are very polite and on time. They cleaned up every piece of material when they were done and checked every inch of their work. I wish I could use them for everything.
