I recently noticed oil leaking from my compressor line on the outdoor air conditioning unit. Sonoran was the company that installed the air conditioning in my 2023 new build home. It was determined that the leak came from a bad install of closet components and was not the fault of Sonoran AC install. I had to call Sonoran on this issue multiple times and every single time they were very responsive and helpful (thank you Ashley). For example, I called on a Thursday evening at approximately 8 PM and the technician was at my house within the hour. Sonoran Mech installed the AC on my new build home 5+ years ago, and I have used them annually for my AC check ups ever since. They're always friendly when I call to set up the appointment. The service tech always arrives on time, provides excellent customer service and takes great care of my unit.

I'm not sure if we have just been lucky to deal with Javier each time we have an air condition issue, but he has been nothing shy of professional and kind. He is always on time, respectful, and hard working the entire time he is there. We have used the company for the past 3 years, as they were the company for any warranty issues we needed fixed on our new build. We continue to use them for our annual a/c maintenance to continue our extended warranty with Lennox as well, and have never had an issue. Even when I call to make an appointment the woman that answers is always courteous and provides timing and dates based on our schedule. Ask for Javier as your technician!
