This company is amazing! They do what they say they are going to do. All staff involved in my mold project are great communicators. The work was professional and clean. Staff are very informative and pleasant. I wish this company could do all my home projects. Highly recommend!
What a fantastic experience with Servicemaster! I was out of town and my house flooded. I called them per my insurance recommendation, and they answered immediately. Within half an hour they were headed to my house. I cannot tell you how much relief that made for me and my family.I would simply say that if you are in a place where something has happened and you need a service like Service Masters, don’t hesitate to choose them. They are in my opinion a top-notch and top level business.
The guys were fantastic and I would give them more than five stars when it comes to cleanliness, communication and friendliness. I knew what was going on all the time and they asked questions before they did anything and explain absolutely everything they did. Constantly asking me if there was anything that they could do or any questions they could answer that would help me. I had an experience with another company 5 years back and this experience has completely blown away the other company. I like the fact that they're trying to dry things out with a ton of fans before making a decision to cut away more than is needed and wasteful.
