Joel gave me a 30min heads up so I could leave my office and meet him at the house and from the time he arrived he was friendly, professional and explained all options/outcomes. We had a bad stoppage in our kitchen sink & line and needed a hydo-jet cleaning of our sewer line. Plumbing Mastets sent out Jonatan Yanez and Nicolas Perez, they did an excellent job of explaining, showing what our problem was and as my new HERO'S unclogged the line!
