I sent an email Monday night technically Tuesday morning since it was at midnight and got a response back from Nancy that same morning. She seemed very professional. I was interested in leasing a suite and wanted to tour their facilities, Nancy directed me to Anthony by giving me his phone number, email address, and CC’d him in the email. She stated he is in charge of leasing, I thanked her and reached out to Anthony via text at 9am that same morning. Now these are regular business hours. Nancy the owner has been nothing less than exceptional and always very diligent. No matter the issue she is always quick to solve a problem or listen to concerns without hesitation. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Phenix Salon Suites Arizona Arrowhead. I built my new business here from day one of opening after closing my large full service salon due to Covid.
