Just had a plumbing issue and contacted Markey Byers of NewArk who promptly came over, diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue right away! We are first time customers of NewArk and couldn’t be more pleased with not only how professional he was but kind and caring as well!! Markey is truly caring of his customers and we will continue working with him should other issues arise. My water in the bathtub wouldn’t turn off, the selector spun but nothing happened. Turned the water off to the house and called NewArk Solutions, as they’d done some AC repair for us. He was able to come out super quick and save the day. Replaced the mixer thing (I don’t know what it’s called) as the hard water had built up and essentially made it fail quicker. He also checked my water softener for me as we’re new to this house and have no clue about the settings. He got us all straightened out (settings were way off!), a huge thank you Markie! Anytime I need plumbing or AC help, this is who you should call
