Employees and doctor are very nice, professional, and helpful! There's a good selection of frames, and the employees are very patient with my mom, who has poor eyesight and gets confused easily.

Employees help us find frames that are covered by insurance and the fit is always perfect! We've been using this location for a few years now and are very happy with them!

The Nationwide Vision office I went to is a smaller place than others I’ve been in but this was one of the best eye appointment experiences I’ve ever had. The people in the office were friendly and very helpful. I was able to have a good conversation about my eyes with Dr. Koop and because I went there well before my appointment, I had the frames picked out before my eyes were dilated. The price for glasses is very good and I will be going to that location again and again.

I am very comfortable with the doctor's abilities. I find the annual automatic appointment generated very annoying. I make appointments based on my timing needs and computers are not in that equation. I would NEVER make it to an appointment that I did not make. It requires me to cancel yours and make a second appointment based on personal needs.
