Good job with diagnosis, on time, efficient and friendly. But follow up to fix the diagnosed problems didn't go so good. First attempt despite getting a reminder nobody showed up with no notification of any issues. Chased them and found out they had to order the part which would take a few days But they did finally come and fix the problem so a generous 4 stars
