I pulled my lower back out and could barely get out of bed. I made a massage appointment and came to Massage Envy for the first time. Everyone was friendly and gave great customer service. The location was very nice and clean. I got a 90 min massage with Charessa. She was friendly, attentive and gave an excellent massage. 10/10 I recommend. I will definitely use their services again. Inez is a Magician, and hands down the best massage therapist in the world! She always knows exactly where the problem areas are and fixes them within seconds. Super strong when working out knots but still makes it super relaxing. I’ve followed her from her last place of work and will follow her anywhere she goes — she’s that good!

I've had 12 sessions with Teresa and since the 1st one I knew I'd be coming back. Shes not there just because its a job, she's there cause she truly cares about her clients. Day 1 she educated me in the importance of implementing glutes in my massage and how it would help relieve paon in my lower back. Each session after that she took the time to understand my pain and provided me the relief my body needed with such a physically demanding job. I can appreciate the passion she has for what she does.
