On January 10th 2024, I called the store to purchase more laminate. The associate Carlos was able to pull up my account with my phone number since it had been almost 2 years that I purchased the laminate. He was so patient and even offered to get the exact one from a different state but opted for a similar one instead. Carlos is very knowledgeable and had my order ready at the Chandler location since his location didn't have the amount I needed. He sent the quote to my email and took payment over the phone which is really convenient. Highly recommend this location and ask for Carlos.
My Fiancé and I decided that we wanted to get rid of all of our carpet and add in vinyl flooring. LL flooring was the best choice for us getting what we needed. Not only did we get exactly what we asked for, we also got a lot of help on how to accomplish the project with tips and tricks. The warehouse team was also extremely helpful. They will help you with moving the flooring boxes into your car so no need to worry about doing that part on your own.
LL flooring made it such a seamless process on getting our floors done. From the start they were extremely communicative and accommodating to any questions or concerns I had. I worked closely with Joe, Carlos and Abe and all were very pleasant and kind to work with! My floors look incredible, the installation company they use are very on top of things and got the job done quick and efficiently. I highly recommend LL flooring if you are looking to get your floors done. Yay!
