Horizon Eye Specialists & LASIK Center

I had been going to Horizon Eye Specialists & Lasik Center for years & my doctor was Dr. Cook. He was the best! Very thorough & very good chair-side manner. I have since moved from AZ to LA & wish my insurance would cover Horizon back in AZ as I would make an appt & go back to him; he was that good. I highly recommend Horizon Eye Specialists for all your optical needs.

As medical professional I'm highly selective about who I see and who my family sees when it comes physicians. Both my father and I go to this practice and they are great! They use the latest state of the art equipment and all the staff are friendly and the doctor's do an excellent job of explaining treatments and surgeries. My dad had cataract surgery done by one of the doctors here and had excellent results. Recently had Cataract surgery performed by Dr. Levin. He along with the staff at Horizon Eye Specialists were wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable about the entire process! For those considering cataract procedures I would highly recommend Dr. Levin. He goes above and beyond to insure you are happy with the results!
