This was a very unexpected visit to urgent care. I was apprehensive because I wasn’t in my normal neck of the woods. Had a lot of things going on and didn’t expect the treatment plan I was in for. Intake was very patient with me.I was treated so well. To be honest, I thought I was going to be there for hours. From the time I walked in it was just a very gracious experience. The facility is very clean and everyone was very friendly.
Dr. Rago is second to none and he took his time to understand what I was feeling. Thank you for everything. Merry Christmas.
Thank you to Dr. Saygan was great. Efficient, unassuming, and warm; I appreciated her bedside manner.
The front office was also efficient and I got right in. I did struggle as I had no voice, trying to communicate through a mask was frustrating.
I was curious why we're instructed to wear masks and they made a big deal about switching out pens but the pen used to sign off on everything and fir payment wasnt wiped off or replaced, the counter wasn't cleaned and the finger monitor, for your pulse, wasn't wiped after use either.
The admin staff were quick and efficient but my doctor, Dr. Diana Johnson was PHENOMENAL. She wasn’t trying to prescribe something and get me out the door but rather took the time to get a good picture of my 6 week illness and tested me for a few things to rule them out and properly prescribed. Additionally, she was kind and really warm which isn’t all that common IMO of bedside manner for medical providers.
