“Apria wasn’t my provider’s (or more than likely, UHC’s) first choice. After being given the run-around from ‘preferred homecare’ for over fifteen days, I insisted they find me someone else. (I also told them about their 1-star rating with over 150 reviews on Google)Apria responded within 12 hours, and got me the equipment I needed (shipped across the country) within 72 hours. They then did a follow-up with me. I called my provider back and highly recommended they make Apria their first choice for referrals going forward.
