Our A/C went out in the evening of a very hot humid day. The next day, Sunday, we called Hilco and had an appointment for them to come out within an hour!! Logan arrived, diagnosed the problem, repaired som bad wires and moved a junction box! He was done before noon! We are very pleased with his honesty and professionalism. We highly recommend Hilco.
As always, our visit with Logan was as expected, excellent and informing.
Would never even consider one of the high dollar other HVAC firms that spend millions on TV advertising.
This is a great family owned company that cares for their customers. We just had our 20 year old a/c unit replaced along with 40 year old duct work. They even replaced the old return unit and took out the old swamp cooler box to provide better air flow. They are honest and dependable. I highly recommend!
