I wanted to provide an update regarding my last review. Lilly, a new manager for Hand and Stone reached out unexpectedly a few months after my unhappy experience. She made a sincere effort to right the situation, which I appreciated. I have since been back for two whole-body massages, the last by Jerod (sp?) was the best I've had in years. Thank you, Lilly. I'm looking forward to future visits.
I have costochondritis but it's very chronic. I've been suffering for several months and have had tons of tests and doctors can't help. I do Physical Therapy with cupping and dry needling because it has caused some musculoskeletal issues in my back. Massage helps a ton. I started fasciablasting at home, which is really helping to loosen my knotted up fascia to allow the massage to help even more.I also just had my first facial and I really like how clean it made my face feel. I highly recommend this place!
I am extremely happy with the service I receive at Hand and Stone every month, the staff is able to explain in detail all the options for me to have the correct treatment, the results have been fantastic! I started with just massages, but now I live to get the whole experience including facials. I truly love this place!
